I have been receiving the positive benefits of acupuncture treatment since 1994. Acupuncture helped me to overcome chronic health issues that were ruling my life. Based on my positive experience I chose to study acupuncture so that I could share its healing benefits with others.

I received my Masters of Acupuncture degree from the Tai Sophia Institute in Columbia, MD and have studied with various teachers at different schools throughout the country. I have a particular interest in working with people who experience fibromyalgia, MS and various psychological disorders.

I am licensed to practice acupuncture in the State of Maryland, nationally certified as an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association and a member of the Maryland Acupuncture Society.

In addition to my ongoing studies of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, I am a longtime student of yoga and Eastern Philosophy. I incorporate the information I learn through my continuous yoga practice and studies into each patient's unique treatment plan for wellness.
